favorite summer sandwich...

today for lunch i was craving a fresh tomato sandwich one white fluffy bread, with a little mayonaise. dijon, herbs, and salt and pepper. it was soo good. this is one of my favorite sandwiches and perfect when the weather is warm and sunny. i will be eating a lot of these this summer:)
